Please note the hours for half days are as follows:
Morning: 9:00 AM – 4:30 PM (MUST BE CLEANED & OUT BY 4:30 PM)
Afternoon/Evening: 4:30 PM-12:30 AM (MUST BE CLEANED & OUT BY 12:30 AM)

Pricing starts at $150. Please contact us for a custom event quote price!
All deposits are nonrefundable. Additional/specific style tables & chairs, linens and tent for large/outdoor events available upon request for an additional charge.
Policies

Property access is only permitted after 8am. (Unauthorized access between the hours of 12:30am and 8am is trespassing)

All reservations to include a non-refundable deposit

All beverages served must be purchased through Ridge Top Gathering Place

All events, including clean up, must be completed in accordance with contract timeline

Add-on option is available to have our team set up, take down, or clean up

Smoking is permitted only in designated areas. Sorry, there are no exceptions.

Flame candles are not allowed in the barn; battery operated candles are permitted.

You may bring in additional decorations with prior approval.

Client is responsible for setup and removal of all decorations, unless otherwise pre-arranged/packaged to include

Customer will be held responsible for any damage to event area or grounds.​
